We want every customer of Vagapak to feel confident in their purchase. If for any reason your order is not satisfactory, these guidelines explain how refunds and returns work.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product meets eligibility requirements listed below.


2. Eligible Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Include all accessories and original packaging

  • Be free of stains, odors, wear, or modification

Items that do not meet these standards may be denied.


3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products not returned in their original condition

  • Items sent back without prior authorization


4. How to Request a Return

Please email service@vagapak.shop and include:

  • Order number

  • Name associated with purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to product defects or fulfillment mistakes.

  • If Vagapak is at fault, shipping compensation may be provided.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds generally take 5–10 business days

  • Funds will be issued back to the original payment method

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when completed


7. Exchanges

Exchange requests can be made if the desired product or variant is in stock. If out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
